Our current processing time is 4-6 business days Monday - Friday. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your items have shipped . Once your items have shipped we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. please contact the post office and use your tracking information if you have any questions on the delivery status of your order. 

There are no refunds or exchanges. 
If the items you received are broken or damaged upon delivery please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
